GENERAL

Waldenborg’s (W inredningskoncept AB)  will handle your order within 48 h. Delivery time and shipping cost depending on destination. Please contact us at contact@waldenborgs.com if you have any questions otherwise we will contact you after your purchase with a quote on shipping cost and estimated delivery time. You have right to change your mind and cancel your order after we have sent a shipping quote to you. We will not ship an order until the customer has payed product(s) and shipping cost(s). 

PRIVACY 

When you purchase something from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

VINTAGE PRODUCTS 

Waldenborgs (W inredningskoncept AB) sells vintage products. As a customer of Waldenborgs you agree to and understand that the products are in vintage condition. They have been used before, some are restored and some are sold in their current condition. Waldenborgs (W inredningskoncept AB) always strive to accurately describe any significant issues or faults items may have. You are welcome to check our products in our studio before purchase or contact us if you have any inquries or email us with your question.

Waldenborgs (W inredningskoncept AB) has no liability on potential scratches, marks or otherwise potential fixes by previous owners. If you are unhappy with our products, please adhere to our return policy.

PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS 

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

All prices are in local currency, Swedish Kronor (SEK) or Euro (EUR) currency exchange available, please contact us if you have any inquries. Excluding VAT on vintage items. Including VAT on products that are not vintage items.

• Pick up in store, Gothenburg, Sweden. Free of charge.

• Home delivery, please contact us for estimated shipping cost and delivery time.

• Delivery time varies between 2 days up to 4 weeks depending on shipping address.

Europe / International

• Home delivery, please contact us for shipping cost and delivery times. If you live outside EU customs clearance and extra fees are not included in the shipping cost.

• Delivery time for international customers varies between 1 - 8 weeks depending on shipping address.

  
  Shipping cost is not added automatically at checkout. If you have any questions regarding shipping cost and delivery time before you order please contact us and we will be able to calculate your exact shipping cost and delivery time depending on product and destination. If you don’t we will contact you within 48 hours after your order regarding your estimated shipping cost and delivery time. You have the right to cancel your order before and after you received your shipping quote within 14 days from placing an order or before shipment, you will then be fully reimbursed. We do not ship the products before your confirmation regarding shippingcost, deliverytime and before payment of product(s) and shipping cost(s).

 

EXCHANGES 

We accept exchanges within 30 days from delivery. Waldenborgs (W inredningskoncept AB) do not stand for the exchange shipping cost. On bed sets we accept exchanges within 30 days from delivery.

RETURNS 

If you bought a good online or in our store (or by telephone, mail order, instagram order), you also have the right to cancel (before being shipped) and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. Item must be returned in same condition and in original packaging as when received. On bed sets we accept exchanges within 30 days from delivery.  Waldenborgs (W inredningskoncept AB) do not stand for the return shipping cost.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

CLAIMS 

If the item has been damaged during shipping the item will be reconditioned or returned to us. If this issue occur you must send pictures of damages, packaging and description before we can accept this as a claim. Email: contact@waldenborgs.com.

FORCE MAJEURE 

Waldenborgs (W inredningskoncept AB) is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.

CONSENT 

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. 
 
How do I withdraw my consent?

Wix

Our webshop is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix:s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 
 
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express..
